A late check-out is possible based on availability. The costs are € 25.00 with a maximum until 17:00 pm on the day of check-out. At the Business Suites, Junior Suites, Family Suites and Wellness Suites we unfortunately do not offer late check-out options.

On the 6th floor, at the end of the hall, you will find our versatile Wellness and Fitness center. The ideal place for exercise and extra enjoyment.
Wellness: The Wellness consists a Turkish steam bath, two Finnish saunas and two infra-red saunas. Swimwear is mandatory while using these facilities. Bathrobes can be rented for € 8.50 each and a € 20.00 deposit. These can be obtained at the reception.
Fitness: Here you can indulge yourself and release the tension. The fitness has a wide range of equipment and supplies to perform versatile training. Enjoy the beautiful view over Zwolle while exercising.
Solarium: The solarium, the place to get your tan. The sunbed works on insertion of coins. The coins are available at the reception for a fee of € 6.50 (maximum of 20 minutes).

Whether you choose a long or short route, nature will constantly surround you. The reception offers several types of cycling routes.
The climate controle in your room works when you insert the key card into the card holder. This one is located at the entrance of your room at the wall. If you remove your key, or set the window or balcony door open , the climate control will automatically be reset to the default value of 21.0 ° C
It is important if you wish to have the room warmer that you do not switch off the fan setting, but only raise the temperature. This causes warm air to circulate throughout the room. When the room is at the desired temperature, the fan will also circulate less hard.

Safe
Each room and suite has a safe in which you can keep your valuables. The management accepts no liability for loss or theft.
Instructions
You close the safe by entering a personal 4-digit code and then pressing lock. When the safe is closed, enter the same 4-digit code to open it. In case of problems, the reception will gladly help you.
Refrigerator
There is a small refrigerator in every room, which you can use free of charge during your stay. It also contains two free bottles of water.
Pillow
You will find an extra pillow in the closet in your room. Several pillows are available on request at the reception. These are also for sale for € 24.50 each.
Emergency exit
All emergency exits are clearly marked in the corridors, and inside your room door you will find the shortest possible route out in case of an emergency.
Public transport
Way to go there:
To go to Zwolle you can take bus C1 towards Zwolle station. You can board at the Bentheimstraat stop. The stop is at the crossroads at the end of the street. To reach the stop, you muss cross the road from the hotel. Then walk to the intersection at the Intratuin. Cross the road again and reach the bus stop towards Zwolle. You can get off at the Provinciehuis or Zwolle station.
Way back:
You can also take line C1 for the way back. The bus drives towards Dedemsvaart. You can get off at Bentheimstraat. This stop is located opposite the hotel.
To smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. When you check in, you sign for the non-smoking policy and the associated fine in case of violation.
Vending machine
On the third and sixth floors, near the lifts, you will find a soda machine with various drinks and food.
Iron
An iron and ironing board are available at the reception.
Toiletries
A limited supply of toiletries is available at the reception.
Laundry

You will find a special laundry bag in your room. Here you can hand in your clothes at the reception to be cleaned. If you do this on working days before 08:00, a.m. you will have it returned the same day. This service is not available on weekends and holidays.

Free WIFI connection is available throughout the hotel. You will find this under the name "Van Der Valk Zwolle".

On the first floor there are 17 multifunctional meeting rooms with a luxurious appearance and excellent WiFi. All rooms have a lot of daylight, climate control and free WiFi.
